Welcome to Le Torri, our historic villa nestled in the heart of Tuscany, where tradition and sustainability coexist in perfect harmony. We have always been committed to preserving the authentic beauty of this land, adopting practices that respect the environment and promote energy saving.

Our Commitment to the Environment

Energy from Renewable Sources: The villa is powered mainly by solar energy with solar panels for a production of 10 kilowatts and by storage batteries for 12 Kilowatts, to minimize the environmental impact and for self-production of energy.

Rechargeable electric column: We provide our guests with a column to recharge cars max 32A 7.4 Kw.

Energy Efficiency: All our systems, from appliances to heating and cooling systems, are carefully chosen to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum consumption. Replaced all boilers in 2024, with new generation condensing boilers. to reduce the impact of gas emissions.

Friendly Materials: During the restoration works, we used natural and sustainable materials to maintain the historical authenticity of the villa, while respecting the environment.

Waste Reduction: We promote separate waste collection and adopt practices that encourage the reuse of resources.

Rainwater recovery: Our large roof – 1100 m2 – allows us to recover rainwater in large tanks to irrigate our gardens, thus reducing the consumption of drinking water, we contribute to preserving this precious resource; a concrete gesture for the environment.

Our strong tradition of the past rooted in our family, passed down from our grandparents, allows us to discover the true authentic flavors of the garden, using natural fertilizers as organic fertilizer and ash.

The fresh vegetables we serve to our guests and use for cooking classes come from our organic garden, cultivated with traditional methods. We use composted chicken manure and fireplace ash as natural fertilizers, enriching the soil and ensuring a healthy and tasty harvest.
